The full-service, stately Sea Pines Beach Club is less than a mile away, giving you the choice of walking or biking down the scenic bike path that wanders through the majestic oak trees and palms adjacent to the ninth fairway of Atlantic Dunes or driving and parking at the beach club. The world-class golf clubhouse, restaurant, and practice facilities for the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Pointe Golf Courses are a short walk away between the house and the beach club. One of our favorite places in Sea Pines is Harbour Town, which is only a mile and a half from the house. Harbour Town boasts a PGA Tour golf course, top-notch tennis facilities, shops, restaurants, live entertainment, and the world-famous yacht basin and lighthouse. The South Beach Marina is just over three miles from the house. It boasts a pool, additional tennis courts, and restaurants, shops, and a relaxing outdoor bar overlooking the water. Equestrians will be overjoyed to learn that Lawton Stables is less than a mile north of the house. Imagine enjoying all of this with your family and friends amid picturesque live oak trees and hanging Spanish moss overlooking a perfectly manicured golf course from the screened porch on the back of the house. Willow Oak Road is one of the original streets and certainly one of the quietest in Sea Pines despite its perfect, central location. Things to Know This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. For the spa to be heated, the pool must also be heated. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s), weighing 30lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
