Other things to note 1. Check in & out time: Check in time: after 3.00pm Check out time: before 11.00am Please take note that early check in & late check out is subjected to availability. The charges are RM 50 per hour. 2. No smoking & durian in the house Straightly no smoking & bringing back durian into the house. A penalty of RM 300 will be charged to guest if smoking & durian found. 3. Quite hours after 11.00pm This a residential condominium. Please DO NOT make noise or party after 11.00pm. 4. Extra charge on additional guest There is an extra charge RM 25 per guest per night for guest after 7 persons. Additional item like towel, blanket & pillow will be provided. 5. No party or function without inform Guest has to inform if the house is used for event / parties. It's to prevent your visitor for not allow coming in the house. 6. Please clean the rubbish/stickers/balloon/food waste before check out. ****Please organise and put back the kids games and etc after use. We reserve the right to charge extra RM 200 for cleaning fee. If sticker in wall, will have extra RM 300 repairing/repainting cost on each wall. 7. Only 2 car park lot provided inside the house For guest who have more than 2 car park, may park at outside of roadside. Please that noted that there is a lot of free parking. 8. Strictly no shoe in the unit Guests are no allowed to wear shoe in the unit. Extra cleaning fee will be charged if found. 9. Strictly no bring all kinds of alcohol drinks or drugs or boom or pistol inside the house. 10. Please take care on the house. If damage or lost found, we reserved the right to charge on the replacement on those item or furniture. 11. Leave the AC and all electrical items off when not in use and when leaving the house 12. Strictly no moving location of all kinds of furniture likes sofa, dining table and also bed. 13. Straighly no pets inside the house. 14. Prohibited to steel, or missing or damaged the items inside the house. Likes: electric items or decorations items or cleaning items If any rules been broken, guest will be charge. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect
