Relax at this one-story home in the country with beautiful rolling hills & mountain views where you're also likely to observe an Old Order Mennonite horse and buggy passing by. Close to JMU, Bridgewater College, EMU, a short drive to Massanutten ski resort, and numerous local vineyards. Downtown Harrisonburg is less than 20 min away with a variety of restaurants, breweries, shops, and parks. Visit the National & State Forests nearby with endless opportunities for hiking, biking, and exploring. The space A fully furnished kitchen and living area with smart tv. There are three bedrooms and one bath. The rooms sleep two queen beds and one double. A pack n play is onsite along with highchair. Washer and dryer are available for use with detergent as well, if you prefer there is also a laundry line. Several outdoor seating areas for dining or sipping a fresh cup of locally roasted (about a mile away) Hometown Coffee. On the hilltop there is a fire pit and mountain views for enjoying on those lovely Virginia summer and fall evenings. We will provide fresh eggs from our backyard flock when available for you to enjoy. There is a garden on the property located on the side of the house in a raised bed with produce and flowers available seasonally. Guests are more than welcome to use it. Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed inside the house. NO PETS OR PARTYING ALLOWED on this property. (Failure to comply will result in extra charges) Please, also be considerate of neighbors with quiet hours beginning at 10 pm. Guest access Access to the full house except for the locked owner's closet and the locked storage room on back patio. Guests have access to our herb, vegetable, and flower garden located on the side of the house in the raised bed. Other things to note Wifi is available but cell reception may be spotty at times due to our rural location. 10 min from Red Wing Roots Music Festival.
