The Back deck includes ample seating, loungers and dining table with umbrella and gas grill. Our place is a short walk to town and just 3short blocks to the beach. Pets permitted on a case by case basis. Make some memories at this amazing and family-friendly home. The space Our home just blocks into town where guests can shop, eat or even go to movie theatre. Ride bikes everywhere. Walk a couple blocks to the beach. Did we mention walking out or back door into the bay? :) You have access to our private boat slip and jet ski ramp. Guest access You have full access to our property including garage, outdoor refrigerator, outdoor shower, and our lovely dock on the Bay. You have access to our boat slip and our jet ski ramp! Other things to note You can rent bikes or bring your own. Bring you own boat or jet ski and use our slip! There are 5 beach chairs, 5 beach tags, cooler, 2 SUP, paddle ball x2 and corn hole The house is typically a Saturday- Saturday rental. However, at times there may be some flexibility and shorter duration rentals.
