The space The room is located on the second floor and guests must climb a single flight of stairs for access. Bathroom is shared with guests in the other two rooms. Rooms are totally private and can be locked from both inside and outside. The Art Studio is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, plates, cups and silverware. The table in the room sits five, convenient for a quick meal or as a dedicated work area. There is a 15-inch monitor available for remote workers who want an extra screen. As well as a tv and blu-Ray disc player. In addition to the games and books inside the room, guests have access to “The Den” one of the shared spaces. A cozy nook, with books, art supplies board games and a sitting area to relax in. Outdoor spaces are shared and a gas grill is also available by request. Small pets might be allowed if well trained.
