Our place is so comfortable that we are able to give you personal space. We are very clean, organized & prefer same. The space We have carbon monoxide detectors. Private rooms ONLY, NOT entire house. We live in the property but have plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Early check in available. Unfortunately we are allergic to pets so we can’t have any pets even if they are service animals. Downtown Chicago is about 50 mins no traffic. Closest public transportation is 20 mins away. Hot Tub area becomes completely private for you and your companion. Hot tub not available after 11 pm. King size bed with attached Private bathroom in a huge suite. If handicapped access is needed, entrance from garage can be used which leads directly into The Suite. Queen size bedroom is upstairs. There are 4 steps to get to the kitchen area. Guest access There is a smart lock on the door and once reservation is confirmed and right before you check it you will be added by using the last 4 digits of your phone number. Also, if you have travel arrangements earlier and need to check in earlier, do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to provide accommodations. During your stay Since we live in the house, we are available to interact with guest and we love entertaining if desired. We will make accommodations for kitchen use and our spices plus cooking essentials are available for your use. Our home is big enough to do things together while having plenty of privacy as well. Other things to note If you have a 5th guest he/she will be sleeping in the suite on a twin size air mattress
