The space Our villa, Ho Tram Playa, is a lakefront luxury villa located in Sanctuary Ho Tram Resort. It has 224m2 of living area and 288m2 of land area and is located in Ho Tram, Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, which is about 2.5 hours from the city/airport. Guests at the resort can enjoy a variety of facilities such as an alfresco restaurant, a tennis court, and a children’s playground. The kitchen has a charcoal BBQ, a large fridge, and a wine cooler that you can use to cook your food with spices. There will be daily housekeeping service (included in the total room price). Guest access - It’s only 100 meters from the private beach. - Playa has 2 kayaks for you to use at the villa. The resort also offers kayaks free of charge. - There is a children’s playground in the resort (free of charge). - There is a tennis court (free of charge). - Spa services are available (with a charge). - The villa’s garage can accommodate 1 car but there are other parking spaces within the resort for additional cars. - Fresh seafood is available 200m away from the resort. - Hamptons Pier is 3km away. - The shopping mall, casino, entertainment center, and cinema at The Grand Hotel are 3km away. - Tropicana Park of Novaworld Ho Tram is 15km away. Other things to note - Breakfast is not included in the room price but can be ordered (with a charge) at the resort’s restaurant. - Playa Villa will only allow registered guests to use its facilities and does not allow unregistered guest to stay overnight at the residence. - If you need a maid to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or help you with day-to-day chores during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange it for you at an additional charge. - We offer a variety of entertainment options including birthday events, company events, holiday events, BBQ parties, cocktail parties, finger food parties… Please note that all services must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and the cost of services is not included in the room price. - Transportation from Ho Chi Minh airport to the villa (or return) can be provided upon request with a 16-seat or 7-seat car at a reasonable cost. *** Please note that cars with more than 16 seats are not allowed at the resort. If you use a car with more than 16 seats, you will have to walk from the security gate to the villa (which is around 150 meters away from the gate), or you can use the resort’s buggy car service to take you or your belongings to the villa for a fee of 200,000VND per trip.
