The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 5 minutes to downtown Manteo. Bring your bike for the town to sound trail, and your kayak to put in on the sound access. You are 10 minutes to the beach. Check out the Alligator River Wildlife Refuge. The Red Wolves are making a big comeback and the bears bring out the cubs in the spring. The aquarium is just down the street, too. Be as active or laid back as you want from this central location. The space There are three bedroom and all have king size beds. The main BR is on the first place and has a bathroom and walk in closet. The other two berooms are upstairs and are separated by the loft area with wifi TV and a sitting area. The upstairs has a full bath. The half bath is on the first level. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and yard. Other things to note This house has a porch on the front and the side and a large yard for gatherings. This location allows you easy access to everything the outerbanks has to offer in addition to the beach. Manteo is a wonderful and a real town year round with a great small town feel. Plan to be here for the First Friday of the month for the first friday of the month celebration. Stroll through town with a draft beer from the brewery and/or a rich wine from Nouvines. Enjoy the boardwalk with an ice cream cone from Big Buck's on the boardwalk.
