This house is located in North Winfield, and is just a few minute drive from the Walnut Valley Festival. It's within walking distance of Southwestern College, The Kansas Veterans Home, and Cumbernauld Village. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood with some great opportunities to see wildlife like deer and turkeys while taking short walks close by. There is a garden and a screened in porch. The screen porch has a very nice queen futon, and has a great view of the garden. The space It's got bluegrass themed decor, and a place to hang your instruments. It's newly remodeled with new HVAC, ceiling fans, and a whole house attic fan to ensure the comfort level is always as high as possible, no matter what the weather. When the weather is nice you can even sleep on the screen porch. There are TV's in every bedroom, as well as dressers and closets for plenty of storage. Full kitchen and laundry and just down the street from the local gym, public library, college Hill coffee, and the hospital. Guest access There is a garden in the back with plenty of butterflies and hummingbirds to enjoy. Other things to note There is a fourth bed on the screened in porch. It's a comfortable futon that makes a queen sized bed when it's folded down for when the weather is nice.
