Beach Home in desirable Oak Grove Beach, immaculate with backyard views of the marsh and peaceful evening sunsets! Located a few doors down to a white sandy, private beach association. This sun-filled & tastefully furnished home is set with a full kitchen, beach essentials and all new bedding and sheets. Enjoy the back patio and grill for outside summer cook outs. The Village of Niantic features The Boardwalk along L.I. Sound, restaurants with outdoor dining, bookstores, and charming shops. The space Six beds total with all new bedding, sheets, bath and beach towels! Master bedroom on the first floor is fit with a queen bed. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle (two twins). Up the ladder into the loft we have 3 twin beds. Two twins can be pushed together to create a king bed or keep 3 separate twins. We have coffee, decaf and tea in the kitchen and all the tools, pots and pans you would need. Feel free to watch the TV with Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+. Head outside to the grill and patio to relax and watch the sunset. Guest access We have a driveway that can fit 3 cars comfortably. Please do not park on the lawn.
