The space Our house is cozy but serves as a wonderful place for small and large families, including our furry friends (we are pet-friendly!). There is sufficient space in the house for up to 12 guests, as there are 4 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 twin beds (one trundle), and 1 with a lofted twin and a floor mattress), 1 pullout couch with a full bed, and a sectional with enough space to sleep 2 adults. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs, including the master bedroom ensuite. The backyard is fully fenced and is the perfect size for your kids or pets to run around, kick a soccer ball (1 soccer net included!), grill, or roast marshmallows by the fire pit.
