The space I invite you to simply enjoy my comfortable space. The open living area includes a dining spot seating six; a full kitchen with electric stove, microwave and refrigerator; and a living room with sofa and loveseat, both recline with massager and heated sets with a large 75" Vizio television (Log in to your own streamed entertainment apps.) Speaking of apps, the cottage has Wi-Fi provided by Xfinity so you can work if you need to. In addition to crockery, pots/pans, and utensils the kitchen is lightly stocked with pantry basics like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, and instant coffee. Feel free to pay-it-forward and replace what you finish. Alternatively, please let us know if a pantry item needs replacement. To help keep you entertained on a rainy day, there are playing cards, a backgammon set, Scrabble, Monopoly, Uno, in addition to a Vizio Bluetooth sound bar and karaoke microphone. The master bedroom features a sleigh, king-sized bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. There’s an eco-friendly toilet and full shower, garden tub with his & hers sinks. 45" Smart TV. (Log in to your own streamed entertainment apps.) The 2nd bedroom has a full-sized bed with a Serta mattress and 50" HD TV, (Log in to your own streamed entertainment apps. Basic cable channels are provided as well.) The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a Lucid mattress and 45” Smart TV. (Log in to your own streamed entertainment apps.) Guest access Smart lock entrance to front door. The entire home is yours. The garage holds supplies and personal items, but your are welcome to enter. Please park your vehicle in the driveway. Other things to note If you like the house and it is booked, please add it to your Wishlist. Early/Late Check In/Out are available depending on our cleaning schedule. Steps/Stairs/Thresholds/Rugs This home has steps, thresholds and rugs. Please use caution during your stay so that you do not injure yourself. Cell Service/Internet Cell Service may be spotty, depending on your carrier. It is best to download your welcome message before you come to the home. The internet provided by Xfinity is reliable, except sometimes in severe weather conditions or updates. Location As there are woods located directly behind the home, insects, ants, bugs, mosquitos, and other creepy crawlies may and do enter the cottage from time to time. You may also see a family or deer crossing. Cleaning Fees My cleaning team works hard to provide guests with a clean and COVID safe space to stay in. Pets I do not allow pets at the moment. - There may be a few animals seen on the property (cats, deer, etc.) Garbage During your stay, put your filled garbage bags into the GFL trash bin located next to the garage. Please take the bin to the front on Thursday, as trash day is on Friday. Check in Information is sent out the day of arrival between 11am and 12pm. It is always best to use best efforts to check in when there is daylight. Check-out Checkout is by 11am. Late checkouts are not permissible without prior approval. Items Left Behind Please remember to take all of your personal belongings including electronics with you upon checkout. We are not responsible, under any circumstances, for items left behind. While we will use best efforts to return any items left back to you, we offer no promises or guarantees. You will be charged the respective shipping fee for any items left behind in addition to $25 for our time in finding, packaging and shipping.
