This simple yet spacious basement suite is everything you need for a game-day weekend! You'll be staying in an entirely separate basement suite, with private entrance, and: - bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and Smart TV+DVD - bathroom with shower - large, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area - work space with desk and chair - living area with sectional recliner sofa and big (83") screen TV - access to patio, lawn, BBQ, and fire pit - baby/pet amenities available upon request/approval The space This is a private basement suite, below our primary residence. There is a single outside parking spot available on the driveway, from which there are several steps down to the entrance. The stairs are lit and there is a handrail, but please take care, as they are quite steep. Unfortunately, this property is not wheelchair accessible. Guest access Guests will be able to access the main driveway, the shared outside space, and a fully furnished private basement suite. The remainder of the residence is off limits. Other things to note While we welcome up to 4 guests, please note that there is only one king bed - so this space is best for 2 people or perhaps 2 + kids. That being said, a queen and twin air mattress are also available if this would suit your needs.
