Sleep arrangements on first floor include two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms on main floor, one equipped with a jacuzzi tub includes bubbles and bath salts. Second floor has a communal play space, 1/2 bath & two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full and single bed. Second bedroom has a full bed and futon. All linens and towels included. Washer and dryer in basement. Front porch and back deck with sitting area, bbq, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and hammock (in warmer months) perfect for outdoor dining and admiring wildlife. Lawn games include ladder ball, darts. Beach chairs and coolers available for use located in the garage. Inside are board games, children’s books and toys. Window air conditioning units in downstairs family room and upstairs bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners closet. Other things to note Kid friendly amenities include one booster seat, one pack and play with mattress and sheet, assorted toys, games and children’s books, lawn games, crayons, coloring books. Basement includes washer and dryer. Air conditioning unit available for living area and second floor bedroom. The rest of the house has window, ceiling or portable fans for extra cooling. Wood burning fireplace is currently out of service. Gas fire stove in family room is available for use. A security camera is located outside by the entrance for security of the property. Potential additional fees: -For parties 6 or more, an additional cleaning fee of $75 will be applied. -Failure to comply with house rules/quiet hours will result in a $500 fee and immediate removal from the property. -Groups with number of guests greater than listed on the reservation will be charged a $500 fee and will be removed from the property immediately. -any damages to the property will result in a minimum $500 fee (subject to change depending on severity)
