The space RENTAL DETAILS: Looking for long-term tenants for a charming house available for stays longer than 30 days. The rental price is $4,500 per month, which includes all utilities: electricity, water, gas, lawn service, and internet. If you prefer to have the utilities billed directly to you, the rent is reduced to $4,000 per month. In this case, you would be responsible for managing and paying for utilities directly. ★FOR OUR LONG-TERM GUESTS: UTILITIES★ If utilities exceed $500 a month, the guests will be billed the excess balance. HOUSEKEEPING ★ We will NOT provide housekeeping services for stays exceeding 30 days. If you wish to have these services provided, we can offer them to you at an additional cost. BEDDINGS, TOILETRIES & ESSENTIALS ★ We will NOT provide any additional bedding, towels or other essentials outside of what is currently in the home. Our long-term guests are expected to provide their own essentials during their stay. We can provide replenishing services at an additional cost if requested. We will assess a $50 fee for each lost remote and key. ★Excessive cleaning will be assessed per Airbnb rules for cleaning violations. ★Damage or theft will be claimed against you through Airbnb. ★Absolutely no smoking in the house. ★Fireplace is off limits for guest use. ★In an effort to keep our carpets clean for all guests, please remove shoes on carpeted areas. ★Trash goes in the trash bins located in front of the house on the side of the property. A violation of excessive trash or trash outside of bins will result in an additional $300 trash cleaning fee. ★We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or items ★There are exterior cameras, and a smart doorbell located on the property and used for the security and safety of our home. ★In order to host responsibly and respect our neighbors, comply with local noise ordinances, and prevent unauthorized parties, the home is equipped with a noise monitoring system that provides alerts for excessive noise levels. Your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only measures decibels and sends alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
