The space As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by our open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one spacious area. The living room features a cozy sofa and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day, while the dining room has a large table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal. Our home boasts three comfortable bedrooms, starting with a king-size primary bedroom and two neighboring plush queen-size bedrooms; all of which come with cotton linens, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with modern accents and artwork, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The bathroom is fully updated with sleek fixtures and a large walk-in shower. There is also a half-bathroom on the main floor for added convenience. Located just down the street from Syracuse University, our home is the perfect location for visiting students, faculty, and staff. The university is within a 1/2 mile walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby to explore. For those who want to explore the city, downtown Syracuse is just a short drive away, with its many cultural attractions, shopping, and nightlife.
