Guest access Guests are welcome to the apartment & property right around the apartment. Guests can enjoy walking the neighborhood if desired. Guests will enter from a driveway that leads directly to the apartment. Guests will also enjoy watching birds on the feeders in our yard. Other things to note Our location is ideal to visit the Spartanburg area. We are 15 minutes from downtown Spartanburg, 40 minutes from downtown Greenville.
