It offers a true get-away from the stress of day to day life. The villa has all the modern comforts, infused with a natural Carribbean vibe you won't forget. Chargeable extras include kitchen pre-stock, Chef, Bartender, transportation and maid service. We can also arrange airport transfers. The space The villa is located in the quiet and safe community of Coral Gardens. It's fenced and fitted with an electric sliding gate. All rooms are fitted with louvre style widows to allow for natural cooling and a direct connection with the outdoors. All rooms are also fitted with AC, should the breeze not be cool enough! The property is all on one level. An open plan living, dining, kitchen wing has direct access to the pool. The adjoining wing accommodates 4 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms have direct access to the pool, the fourth bedroom has its own private terrace with garden views. The gym is well equipped with free weights, workout bench, kettle bells, exercise bike, multi-gym machine, pull up bar and large gym matt. It is located on the pool deck and has pool and garden views. Your stay at the villa also includes access to Rose Hall Beach Club, a private shared beach 5 minutes drive by car. Amenities include a large pool with bar serving drinks and fast food, two beaches (one with sun loungers), male and female changing areas with WC and showers and two tennis courts. The entire Villa is yours! The owner may reside in separate accommodation on-site during your stay. Guest access Children must be supervised when accessing the back yard as there's a few piles of lumber, which for safety should not be walked or climbed upon. Other things to note My family and I may reside on property in separate accommodation during your stay. There are no shared spaces or shared entrances, the entire Villa is yours. During your stay you decide how much interaction you have with us. We're respectful of your privacy but eager to assist you if required.
