Now, we know life can throw us some curveballs, and if a pesky appliance decides to act up during your stay, we'll do our best to fix it pronto. Here's the thing, electricity doesn't come cheap in the Dominican Republic. We're all for living the good life and cranking that A/C, but if you go overboard, you'll be hit with an extra fee. The average energy usage is 12Kwht per day, so please be mindful and avoid breaking the bank. Otherwise, we'll be charging you an arm and a leg - or rather, 30 cents per Kwht after your 25Kwh per day. Yikes!
