Marina Cottage has a large attached garage with 48A Tesla wall charger and additional parking for two vehicles inside. The 1/2 acre outdoor space includes a patio for entertaining, a propane grill, an 8-foot picnic bench, large lawns for games or relaxing, and a smokeless fire pit area with seating for six. Across the street is a brand new playground area, perfect for families to enjoy but far enough that it's not noisy. Marina Cottage is air conditioned in the main living space and two bedrooms, includes central heating throughout and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. This home was fully renovated in 2022 with new kitchen, bathrooms, woodwork, furniture, appliances and technology. All living spaces include a Samsung SmartTV with a soundbar in the main living space for cinema or music. This home is across the street from the library and marina, and is a very short walk to restaurants, shops, the beach and much more. Guests can even enjoy water views of Lake Michigan from the front windows. This is the perfect vacation property and we are excited to host you! ***This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. Property Note: This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices. There are also two cameras on the outside of this home: one on the front doorbell and another on the garden, security light. These are used for security purposes when the property is empty and are not monitored when the home is occupied. This property supports electric vehicle (EV) charging and includes Tesla Level 2 charger (48A) inside the garage. It will work with other EVs, if guests have a Tesla to J1772 adapter.
