The space Our double porches are the perfect place to relax at the end of the day watch the sunset over the next door fishing ponds, enjoy a glass of wine or dine outside. 
This unique apartment space was created above the horse barn home to The Peace Ponies. A unique feature is the interior deck where you can sit and look down at the Peace Ponies in their stalls. The décor is an eclectic mix of old metal ceilings and traditional English style furnishings in keeping with our British heritage. We have a mix of contemporary and traditional equestrian art and there is a window which looks into our indoor riding arena.

The master bedroom has a great view of the horse paddocks, with king size bed and bathroom with shower ensuite. Bedroom number two has a queen size bed and bathroom with shower ensuite and a great view of the horse paddocks. . Bedroom number three has four twin beds and ensuite bathroom with vanity and shower. There is a separate vanity in the bedroom area. This bedroom is where you access the interior deck over the Peace Ponies. The living room space has a comfortable sitting area, large screen TV and access to the upper porch. The dining space can seat 8 with a built in banquet, table and chairs. There is a full kitchen which we built under the original cupola so it has great light and is definitely a unique feature.

We do want you to be aware that you are above a working barn so there are some noises you will hear: morning feed time may have a few of the herd being a little vocal etc. That is one of the things that make this such a special experience. You will most likely have a visit from our friendly barn cats when you are sitting out on the porch. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore our 28 acres, enjoy sitting on the beautiful teak bench overlooking the pond and the farm. The farm is a designated non-smoking space and no pets facility for their safety and that of our horses. Please see our rules section regarding horse interaction. Other things to note This mini retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. This is perfect place to board your horse during a riding vacation, traveling to horse shows or attending local events(13x13 stalls and paddock turn out). We host a variety of clinics and workshops. We have an indoor arena and dry lot turnout. We can help provide services for you and your horse: massage, Reiki, osteopath (equine), Theraplate. We are happy to host from the “non-horsey” to top equestrian athletes.
