We have no affiliation to the neighboring unit. -This is a Duplex property with a vacation rental unit above. -Both units enter through the main front door and have separate entrances for each unit. -There is no accessibility, adjoining, or shared living spaces between the 2 units. -Be advised this might cause hearing guests from upstairs occasionally. If you need complete silence at all times this might not be the best fit for you. -The front patio is a shared space with the upper unit. Guests can use front patio but we ask that guests not to use the front patio before 10am or after 9pm. -The backyard area is only for the use of Seaside Suite guests. -Please be respectful of the lower units and other guests, and to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM.
