The space The Area: Russian River is where the locals know to vacation in California wine country. It has it all: a welcoming, laid back vibe, some of the most prestigious wineries and restaurants in wine country and river activities of all kinds courtesy of the 115-mile-long Russian River. Hiking enthusiasts flock to nearby Armstrong Redwood Reserve with miles of trails among the gorgeous, ancient redwood forests. You're truly able to live your wine country fantasy, surrounded by stunning wine country vistas, acres of vineyards and ample wine-tasting opportunities. Rio Retreat (The Cabin): This vintage stunner was recently renovated, displaying just the right balance of modern comfort and rustic wine country charm. The cabin features the original ceilings, floors and walls, crafted from century-old hardwoods. The interior and exterior were designed by a local friend and designer with thoughtful touches throughout. We are proud to utilize artwork, decor and furniture made by Sonoma County artisans. The Main Room: Highlights include original vaulted ceilings made from century-old redwood and a wall of sliding doors leading to the deck. You can expect-- - Comfortable seating, including a 3- seat sofa with queen size sleeper -65 inch flat screen smart tv (**no cable, streaming apps only. Guests must have their own subscriptions to streaming apps.) -Mini-split with remote control (air conditioner/heat) - Stone hearth wood burning fireplace - Wet bar with Wine Fridge and in-counter glass rinser -Corkscrew/ bottle opener -Glassware (wine glasses, stemless wineglasses, champagne flutes) -Bar blender (to make frozen drinks) -A small selection of flavored syrups Dining Room: You can expect-- Harvest-style table with comfortable seating for 6 people. Guests are welcome to harvest items from the garden but (1) thoroughly wash any items before eating them (2) do not leave minors unattended in the garden and (3) do not consume or allow others to consume items that you do not know and/or can't identify.
