Security Cameras * For the safety of the both guests and the property, we have exterior camera recording video of the entrances. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored. Please remember you’re staying in a person’s home and treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. Please remove your shoes when entering the home. There is no smoking, e-cigs, vaping, drugs allowed in or around the house. For nonemergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. This space accommodates 4 people max. No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or any thing that is beyond our control. Host lives in the adjacent unit.
