The space ---- Living Room ---- Unwind in the open-concept living room with a smart TV, Bose sound system, and electric fireplace. There is a full entertainment system in the living room, already signed into all of the most popular apps: Disney Plus, Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, and Max (Previously named “HBO Max”). Please use the “Guest” profile :). We also have gigabit internet free of charge for your convenience, and a professional station with standing desk, dual monitors, and Herman Miller chair. —- Kitchen —- We have a fully stocked kitchen for your stay, including everything you should need to make your own meals. Some highlighted tools though you may be interested in are: Nespresso coffee maker Instant pot below the sink Cuisinart food processor and KitchenAid blender above the sink in the cabinet There is also a fire extinguisher located below the sink in case of emergency. —- Bedrooms —-- There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the home. Of those bedrooms, you have a master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom with smart TV (also signed into all of the popular streaming apps :) ). Beyond the master, you have 3 more bedrooms with a shared bathroom, including one room with a luxurious Helix Sunset Luxe king-sized bed —- Back yard —- The back yard is shaded by nice big trees, perfect for a summer louneg, a night time fire, or relaxing soak in the hot tub. We have deck chairs as well to help with the lounging :) but unfortunately they can get sprinkled with sap, so you may have to wipe them down with some soap and water occasionally. Along the side of the home is a small set of plants we are trying to grow! Things like bamboo, petunias, a tomato plant, and some Cosmos flowers. We hope the plants can grow into a blossoming garden one day :) —- Laundry —- We provide brand new in-unit LG washer/dryer for your convenience, so you can keep fresh after a long day at the beach. Feel free to do any laundry that you need for you and your family Guest access You'll have access to the entire main home, and entire backyard. I use the garage, but if you need storage then I’m more than happy to allow you to use it. There is a 2 story shop in the back yard that is undergoing renovations that we ask you not enter. You may see me in there from time to time, but I will be sure not to disturb you.
