The main bedroom has a king bed and sliders connecting to the large deck, lots of closet space and an office space. The second bedroom as 2 single beds and is also equipped with large closet spaces, a desk and chair. Sleeps 4 comfortably with the option of adding an extra single mattress for a younger child. There is an alarm system and custom iron safe for added security of your items. Elaborate water treatment system Beach towels are also provided ON THE OUTSIDE Great privacy. Just 5-7 minutes walk from Pelada beach. only another 10 minutes walk to Playa Guiones North. Choose to laze your day away under the shade of the trees along Pelada beach or get adventurous - Playa Pelada is full of activity! At low tide, you can explore the rocky tide pools or take a light hike up the hill between Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones for gorgeous views of both beaches. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. Other things to note LOCAL QUIRKS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
