Lake house available for weekly (7days) rentals for 3 guests Saturday to Saturday on Bauneg Beg lake in quaint, rural North Berwick, Me. 80 miles north of Boston and 20 miles inland from the Coastal Maine resort towns Ogunquit, Wells Beach and Kennebunkport. The space A living room, three seasons room, kitchen, and bathroom with tub and shower on first floor. Washing machine not available for use however clothes dryer is available. Two bedrooms and bathroom with shower on second floor. View of the lake can be seen from throughout the house. Guest access There is a large deck overlooking the lake with stairs to the dock below to access the water. There is access to the lake for swimming and other recreational fun. A small row boat is available for use. There are also a couple of life preservers and several floats and devices for the water. Guests may fish in lake however will need to get a fishing license which can be purchased on line or at the town hall. There is a yard area for recreational use and a outdoor grill. Very near to the property (a few minutes walk ) is a half mile nature walk with gravel paths which takes you through the surrounding woods. Other things to note The property is in a rural setting and access to property is by a dirt road. There is well water and a septic waste system. Water use should be conservative. Showers should be short and toilet flushing not excessive.
