The space This gorgeous rustic retreat offers 2 bedrooms. 1 bunk-room with 2 bunk-beds, and 1 bedroom with a full size bed for a comfortable nights rest after a day of adventuring. Each bedroom has a mini split offering AC in the Summer and Heat in the winter months, so you can set the temp to your preference. The bathroom comes equipped with all the essentials needed, so no need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash or a hair dryer. We've got you covered! Head upstairs to the beautifully decorated open living, dining and kitchen area. The expansive windows will make you feel like you are in the trees and connecting with nature. In the winter curl up after a day of skiing, after firing up the wood stove watch a movie or perhaps break out a board game for fun with family or friends, or even read your favorite book! In the summer, wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee and sit outside on the front deck in the adirondak chairs taking in the peaceful surroundings as you plan your next adventure in Mt. Abram village and all that the local area has to offer you. Other things to note We are happy to have very well trained and behaved, housebroken dogs tag along on your trips as we personally know it can be a challenge to board your furbabies. However this will be on a case by case basis; if you would like to have your dog tag along we do require that they are included in the details of your stay in the reservation. There will be a $75.00 charge per night for your pet to accompany you (no more than 2 dogs) Dogs must be crated when you are not home to minimize risk of damages. (There are 2 crates at the house so you do not need to bring your own, we just ask that you clean the crates after your dogs use and break them down when you leave the house, placing them back into the utility closet downstairs). We do ask that you kindly treat our home with respect when it comes to the fur babies being loose, please keep your pets off of the furniture. Our home has just about everything you will need to get started for your stay, such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, oil, spices. Any extras you will need to be responsible for. We do understand how inconvenient it can be to arrive and not have access to the basic essentials; feel free to use any cleaning supplies that are accessible, we understand accidents and messes can happen. Feel free to use the camp chairs that are in the outside closet on the deck as well- please keep in mind they do go unused for extended periods so may need to be wiped down.
