Beautiful home, just off the beaten (driveway) path in Forest City. We welcome large groups of at least 12 guests. This two-story home is in Forest City NC and is situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. The town is interconnected by three US highways, 74, 221, 64, and one state highway 108. Forest City is only 15 minutes away from the Tryon International Equestrian Center and soon to be Tryon AVA wine region. The space The home has a semi open floor plan with a spacious kitchen/living/dining room area. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinner ware for 12 persons. The living room has comfortable furniture to lounge on, along with a large screen tv and gas fireplace. The dining room seats 6 and if you need more space there’s an outdoor (two picnic tables) dining set and a gas grill that will seat 12 guest. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, extra-large closet, and an attached Master bath with a separate tub and shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located at the opposite end of the home from the Master bedroom, with a full bath in between. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4,5 and 6 are located upstairs and each bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have Roku TVs The home is located on 10 acres and has a spacious yard if you would like to bring yard games to enjoy and a firepit area. The parking area has room for 10+ vehicles.
