The space Our country cottage opens onto the living room, decorated in neutral, rustic tones and equipped with a full size pull-out sofa bed. A wall mounted 43" 4k Smart TV is equipped with Roku to access all your favorite streaming subscriptions (your log in is required). Immediately off of the living room we have a small bedroom with a queen size bed with cooling gel memory foam mattress, nightstand and attached bathroom. Another 43" 4k Smart TV with Roku is mounted in the bedroom as well. The closet is available for your use, with hangers, and you will find the bedding items for the sofa bed here as well. The vintage, eat-in kitchen is off of the living room as well, and contains a dining table and four chairs, as well as an electric range, full size refrigerator/freezer and washer/dryer. Necessities like plates, cups, silverware, and pots and pans are provided. Small kitchen appliances include a toaster, microwave, and 4 cup coffee maker. The small bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and includes a stand up shower, commode and vanity. We've included a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner/body wash for your convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note Our country cottage is not a brand new home and has been well-loved through the years. We utilize window unit air conditioners and wall-mounted gas furnace heat, and strive to provide a clean, comfortable and affordable stay in the Collinsville area. Our checkout process is simple and we don't require you to strip any beds/linens, start laundry, etc.
