The penthouse has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. And it has a private balcony with outdoor sofas, bbq, jacuzzi, and panorama view of an island, Hodges bay, and mountain range. Our villa is located in Calibishie, one of the most beautiful villages in Dominica, and it's only 17 minutes drive from the airport. The nearby attractions include Red rocks, Chaudiere Pool, Batibou bay, and Number One beach, where a scene of Pirates of Caribbean was filmed. The space Our Villa situated on a cliff has three floors. At the top floor, same level as road, is our Penthouse. Deluxe Suite is at the middle floor. And Deluxe Studio is at the ground level as the lawn. About 2 floors down from the studio is our sundeck equipped with outdoor furnitures, bbq, canopies, and hot tub. You will own the entire, highest floor of the villa (same floor level as road). The floor is privately accessible by its own guests and equipped with two bedrooms and bathrooms and roofed terrace. Guest access All of our guests can access the sundeck and its hot tub (hot tub at Penthouse is exclusively for Penthouse guests). But a requirement for reservation of deck hot tub enables us to allocate time for it to be enjoyed exclusively by same group of guests. Other things to note To observe quiet hours from 9pm to 9am, Penthouse’s private hot tub operates from 9am to 9pm. Common hot tub operates from 5pm to 9pm and one day advance notice to property manager is required for reservation and preparation. He will allocate a 90 minutes time slot to have the hot tub to be enjoyed by your group exclusively.
