The living area includes the living room, dining area and nicely outfitted kitchen to entertain friends and family. The cozy fireplace in the living room is a wonderful treat to come back to after spending the day relaxing at the beach, and then finishing off the day on the terrace with a sunset view. There are also 2 cozy oversized (sleeper bedding ready) sofas in the living room that can each sleep one person. ** Please DO NOT USE other wood or Duraflames in fireplace. The first floor of the home features two additional bedrooms with electric fireplaces, a full bathroom, and direct access to an expansive outdoor viewing deck and back garden where you can take in the ocean breeze while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening beverage. The perfectly sized backyard is perfect for hosting a family gathering and still catch the sunset. ***Please note, the downstairs BBQ is for formal events only. Guest access The Summerland community is a charming beach town with dining and up-scale shopping at your fingertips! Strolling along Lillie Ave is a treat. Not to mention quick access to the sandy beach just a couple minutes away. The home has private, off-street parking for 2 cars, as well as one on-street parking (in front of the home). To enter the property, an entry code will be provided the day of your reservation for easy self check-in.
