You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 5 min drive to Rockville city center with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Subway will take you to DC in minutes! We use this space ourselves from time to time, so you will find everything you need, but you will not live on top of our things. It is a small, cozy, clean space, that feels surprisingly spacious once inside. The space The master bedroom is on the first floor. A King size bed with a medium mattress. Connected to it you will have a full bathroom with a laundry room. Upstairs are additional 2 bedrooms, a queen sized bed in each. IN the hallway is a shared bathroom. The basement is unfinished for now, but added to the main room is a smaller room with a sofa bed an a dedicated workspace. There is wifi and AC for the basement and 1st fl. Additional wall cooling upstairs. Guest access We will send out access code to the house on the day of check in. You will have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note There is a small garage with room for a smaller SUV, (think Rav4). Additional parking available in front of garage, (1 car) and street parking right outside the house is never a problem.
