The cottage is not childproofed and children must be supervised inside the house as well as outside around the farm. Our farm is for our family, our personal guests, and our registered Airbnb guests. That said, please do not plan to entertain additional folks at Cottage at Ivy Fields Farm during your stay unless pre-approved. No professional or commercial recording, filming, or photography without our advance knowledge and approval. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the safety of any animals, including service animals, and hence a strict no guest animal/pet policy is enforced. Please remember this is a real working farm and we strive to ensure the safety of our guests and our farm animals alike. Other things to note There are 4 steps into and out of the house.
