You’ll be charmed by this adorable vacation cottage! Nestled between the New York and Vermont Mountains, this cottage is a quintessential experience for Upstate New York. Going up a long driveway, only to find an incredible view waiting for you. The space This three-season cottage is located off the beaten path to offer the peacefulness of the mountains. When you turn up the long driveway just before the lakes edge a wonderful view awaits your arrival. Nestled on 45+ acres you will be located between a pond, a lake, the valley and mountains on all sides. Walking through the entrance, feel the coziness of this historic cottage. Built in 1952, this was one of the first structures on the property. Due to the age of this building electric heaters and AC units are provided to accommodate comfortable temperatures to the bedrooms and common areas. Unload your luggage in the sunroom and check out the view. Once you’re settled in, we hope you enjoy sharing company on the wrap-around deck or watch the sunset over the Vermont Mountains and grill by the picnic table. The common areas are open layout so family members/ friends can make memories engaging in board games, movies and laughter. The cottage offers multiple bedroom configurations, it’s the perfect size for your family or a group of friends! One king bed, one queen, two twins and a full bed; this house has space for all the people close to you. During the day, take some time to enjoy the walking trails; or take a day trip to Lake George or Saratoga. We would love to help you with recommendations for your stay. We will consider events on a case-by-case basis, because there are two other rentals on the property we would appreciate if you contacted us regarding any event ideas prior to booking the cottage. We will allow 2 well behaved dogs at the cottages for an additional fee of $50 each. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please bring doggy bags. Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Guest access Entire cottage. The 45 acres are shared with two other vacation rentals. Other things to note Please let us know if you have a large group since we do have other accommodations on the property. The cottage is seasonal and will be locked up for winter starting Mid to late October until late April- Early May.
