Access to lake is a short, slightly downhill walk (approx. 45yd.) past owners residence to enjoy prime 65’ of waterfront, a sandy/rocky beach, no weeds oversized dock - boat mooring and use of double kayak. The space Enjoy use of the Guesthouse Unit sleeps 6 (privacy for 5) -queen bed, dbl under twin bunk and fold down comfy couch. Limit of 6 guests on property. Unit is above owners workshop/maintenance shop with a short walk down slight grade past owners residence (approx. 45yds) to sandy beach & dock. Available basketball, PickleBall courts, spacious front lawn for relaxing, sunning, or taking a break from the sun. Also propane fire pit on the beach for evening campfires, singing, and watching the moon rise over the lake. Guest access Have access to a sandy beach, dock, and front lawn for use during vacation time. Beach only shared with owners who live on site. Also, available pickle ball court and basketball hoop with basketballs. Owners workshop/maintenance space is not available for guests use. Other things to note This is a non-smoking and no pet property. No A/C in unit. Limited to 6 guests.
