Surrounded by manicured lawns and acres of meadows and woods, the "Orchard" cottage consists of two full bedrooms, a large living and kitchen/dining area and one bath. Sip on a cool drink on its spacious deck and enjoy magnificent views of Lake Champlain, walk down to our small sandy beach for a swim in the lake, or take advantage of our tennis court and pick-your-own garden. This cottage is fully stocked, from wine glasses to a charcoal grill. **One-week minimum rental required (Sat-Sat) during the months of July & August. Some exceptions may apply based on availability**
