Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation *** Free early check-in / late check-out applies to Friday through Sunday bookings only. Check-in Friday at 2pm and check-out Sunday at 7pm, subject to availability, excludes holidays and must contact us to confirm eligibility *** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request.
