Room in a beautiful, cozy home in a safe neighborhood. You will be comfortable in this sunny, spacious, and unique space. This unit is on the second floor of a private home. It has 3 bedrooms (you’ll be staying in one of them), a Bathroom, Living room/Dining room combo, and a Kitchen. All the bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. The house is located a block and a half from the beach, perfect for your summer vacation! The space This beautifully and newly furnished modern space has 3 bedrooms with super comfortable Queen sized beds. The bedrooms each have plenty of closet space and room darkening shades on the windows to ensure you can rest easy. The unit has everything you need during your stay. Working from home here is a pleasure in this comfortable, airy setting with a great wi-fi connection. This cozy unit has a large living/dining room that will transform your mode into one of serenity, so look no further for your next oasis! Located in the beach community of Far Rockaway, Queens, NY you're a block and a half away from the sandy beach and boardwalk. In your down time there's nothing like relaxing and unwinding at the beach or boardwalk. That first hint of the smell of salt water can bring you joy and help you forget your worries, a leisurely stroll on the boardwalk can do wonders for your mood! Conveniently located less than 10 blocks from St. John's Episcopal Hospital and approximately a 20 minute drive from JFK Airport with shopping centers, coffee shops, laundry, and public transportation a short walking distance away. Bus stops and subway stations are within 2 to 7 blocks. Guest access The space is on the second level of a 2 family home, guests have access to their Bedroom, the Bathroom, the Kitchen, the Living Room, and Dining area. Disclaimer: The guest that booked our home must be the person who checks in at the house before anyone else, unless the first arriving guest had previously been added to the reservation. If we discover you are not the person who booked our home, you will be denied entry. Additionally the guest that booked our home must be present for the duration of the stay. If we discover the person who booked our home will not be staying for the duration of the reservation, your stay may be cut short. You'll be asked to leave the premises and the remaining part of your reservation may be cancelled and your payment forfeited. Make sure you bring valid photo ID upon arrival, otherwise you may forfeit the privilege to stay at our home and you may forfeit your payment. If you are the ideal guest(s), you are going to have a great time! During your stay We're readily available, just a phone call away. We live downstairs so we can accommodate fairly quickly if you need physical assistance. Other things to note This premises has a minimum stay requirement of 30 days/nights. Please be prepared to provide some or all of the following information and/or documentation in order to have your Reservation Request reviewed. Required information and/or documentation may include, but is not limited to, the following: Full name of all adult occupants Photo Identification for all adult occupants Social Security number of each adult occupant Proof of employment for all adult occupants Direct employment information and contact information for each adult occupant's employer Proof of income (such as 3 consecutive most recent pay stubs) for all adult occupants Complete bank statement for all adult occupants Registry and/or license number issued from the state for all adult occupants (such as for legal professionals, medical professionals, doctors, nurses, etc.) Information from your school (if any of the adult occupants are interns) Employment/Work history for each adult occupant Landlord references for last 10 years for each adult occupant Credit report (which can usually be obtained free of charge, once a year, through annualcreditreport) for each adult occupant Each adult occupant must agree to undergo a background check, which may or may not include obtaining the adult occupant's criminal history and credit reports. Each adult occupant must also agree to follow all the house rules. You may be required to sign a Lease Agreement listing all occupants. Please note you will have 6 hours to provide the requested information and/or documentation, failure to provide that information and/or documentation within the allotted time frame may result in a decline of your reservation request or cancellation of your reservation.
