Location location location! 8 blocks from the ocean. 10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene. 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. The space This is a bottom unit that is apart of a quadplex. You will have guests living above you and may be able to hear light footsteps during your stay. The upper flooring is cork padded flooring so it is rather quiet but you will be able to hear footsteps from time to time. Guest access There is a key code to enter the unit. Other things to note The unit is a downstairs unit in a quadplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.
