There is a piano you are welcome to use, as well as an acoustic guitar with optional amp. A music stand is available as well as lots of piano sheet music. Books, games, puzzles, grown up coloring for rainy days. There is a wood burning fireplace which I prefer not be used by guests unless specifically agreed upon at check in, one Duraflame log only. The host may work in the yard during longer guest stays, and cleaning / linen change is also available during longer stays. There are beach towels available to borrow and bath towels which should not be used for beach. Beach chairs and rolling cart are available for use. Walk in passes for all town beaches can be borrowed upon request with a deposit to ensure return of passes. Any pass not returned at the end of the visit will be $100 to replace.
