The deck also holds custom seating furnitures and a bbq. *The large kitchen has tons of cabinets and is stocked with all utensils/gadgets needed for daily cooking needs. *The house has central HVAC and excellent high bandwidth WIFI connection. * Large 65 inch tv and superior surround sound system installed already. * Master bathroom also has a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage, along with multiple custom made shelving in master bath. *The master bedroom also has sliding glass door which provides an amazing view of the golf course outside you wake up with. Overall a nature lover's paradise. *We welcome pets who behave IMPORTANT to Note: We think our house is most comfortable for groups of 7 or fewer. Also, due to the extra wear and tear, especially on the septic and water usage, we charge an extra person fee for groups over 7 guests (automatically added). Absolutely no extra guests in the property other than what was entered and agreed upon during the reservation, even if it is less than 7 people (even for any short duration during the daytime) other than what is declared in the reservation. You may add extra guests later, after discussing with the hosts and possibly for extra fees. Outdoor Cameras: The Premise is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside in the house, or with any view of the interior of the property, they are located outside The security cameras may also be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Tampering with or touching the camera is absolutely prohibited and would be considered as the breach of policy. No partying is allowed, and quiet time is between 8pm to 8am everyday. No cooking or barbequing allowed in the back deck. The exterior of the house (including the front, back deck, back lawn, side yards) cannot be used for anything other than sitting and relaxation related activities.
