Time to relax, at this peaceful picturesque farm. Bring your boat, because you will have access to a natural boat ramp and a dock. Great fishing, amazing sunsets and loads of nature all around. If you’re looking to get away from the noise, then this is the place to be. The only noise you will hear, are the crickets, frogs, hawks, birds and the wind blowing. You won’t want to leave. The space The room will be a private room attached to the garage with access to the pool area. The main house is separated from the room. We have some farm animals and pets on property. There is a private area behind the garage to dine, with a wash basin and BBQ grill. St. John’s river is located in the backyard. Access to the dock and boat ramp. I also host another Airbnb in my patio area as well as a Hipcamp in the backyard. Shared Spaces in the backyard and pool are Guest access Pool, patio, backyard, dock, wooded area around property, with a nature trail. Access to pool and patio space for dining and barbecuing. During your stay Most of the time I will be on property. During the months of June, July, and August, I will not. I will always be available via text and phone. Will have someone in the neighborhood in case of emergency for help. Other things to note You may come into contact with some wildlife. Please do not harass any animals. Also, please do not go into my animal enclosures. Beware, there are alligators and snakes that live in the river. Keep an eye on your pets.
