The space This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake. The master and 2 bathrooms are downstairs. 2 bedrooms, game room and work space are upstairs. -Enjoy the nearby pleasure's of Walnut Hill Coffee Shop or have lunch/dinner at Filo's at the Winchester Town Square. -Jack Daniel's Distillery is a short drive away where you can embark on a tour and tasting. -Tim's Ford State Park offers scenic views, walking trails, and golf at Bear Trace. -Elk River offers Trout fishing and kayak/canoe excursions Other things to note You will get access to two kayaks and two paddleboards during your stay. You will also get access to the community pool overlooking the lake and the common area right next to the lake and lake access. The pool and kayak launch are 1 minute walk, about 100 yards from the home. The pool is seasonal and available Memorial Day-Labor Day.
