Rooms There are 3 master suites, a bedroom on lower level with a King bed and down the hall a bathroom with shower and 5th bedroom on the top floor with a day bed (set up as twin or request to make it into a double). There is also an option sofa bed located in the main living area. Gated community This property is located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake which offers a championship golf course, The Grill (club house), tennis, pickle-ball, equestrian center, lakeside cafe and marina store located on Marina beach, swim center and more. PMLA community standards and guidelines must be respected whilst you enjoy everything there is on offer. In order for you to get gate/parking passes, we will need to register the driver of each vehicle. There is a $46 access fee per vehicle. The pass is valid for up to 7 days - you must keep the pass with you to come in and out of the gate, to park at the amenities, and to show it to the pool attendant if you wish to use the pool. Quiet hours in the community are 10pm - 7am and must be observed.
