The Maine Escape is a cozy 2 BR Home located above our garage on the property. The entrance is via the back deck and is secluded from the front of the house providing privacy for the unit. The deck has outdoor furniture as well as a view of Hamilton Pond across the street. The router is located in the unit if guests would like to have an Ethernet Connection instead of Wi-Fi ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A/C Units/Fans: -There is a Window A/C Unit in the Queen Bedroom -There is a Portable A/C Unit in the closet -There is a Standing Fan available as well ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -Outdoor Furniture is put out in Late May until the End of October -A/C Units are installed in Early June until the end of September Guest access The entire unit above the garage is available for access. The Laundry Room in the garage is shared with the unit next door, as is the backyard and fire pit space. Other things to note -You will need to climb stairs to access this unit -The laundry area is in the garage below the unit, it is shared with the 1BR Unit next door -Grills are available for use late April until the end of November -Firewood is NOT provided. Many of our neighbors sell firewood at the end of their driveways for $4-$8 per bundle paired with a small cash boxx
