The space This home features: *1 King sized bedroom with a full bath and 55" SmartTV *1 Queen sized bedroom, a full bathroom shared with the rest of the house *1 Den that doubles as a 3rd bedroom. (With a trundle bed to sleep 2 additional guests) The home also boasts an open concept living room and full kitchen with counter top seating at the island, brand new stainless steel appliances, central AC, high speed Wifi, a 70" SmartTV and a full sized washer/dryer. We offer outdoors dining on the back deck that can seat 8 comfortably. We also provide beach chairs, cooler (in outside shed), and beach towels for your beach outings! Just add sunscreen! A fire pit with outdoor furniture is waiting for you to wind down after a fun day at the beach. Relax, have a drink and make some S'mores! Publix grocery store is just a couple blocks away, and a CVS drug store is down the road for all of your shopping needs. Great restaurants like Sliders, SaltLife, The Surf, and The Salty Pelican are just minutes away! So many more to choose from! This home is moments away from a variety of water-based activities including fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and kite surfing. Make this home your base while exploring Jacksonville (30 minutes south), St. Augustine and Daytona Beach (1.5-2 hours south), Savannah, Georgia (about 2 hours north), or Cumberland Island with the wild horses in St. Marys, Georgia (about 30 minutes north). Guest access You'll be provided with your own access code for the front door and have access to the entire house.
