The space This property has a large private front and back yard, two car garage and generous communal space inside and outside the home. With vaulted ceilings in the living and dining rooms and picture glass windows throughout the home, you'll feel like you’re outdoors while having the comfort of being indoors. Enjoy relaxing and watching shows on the new 55" tv after long days outdoors. There is WiFi access in the home, however because the home is more remote in the mountains, the WiFi may not be 100% all the time. The home is in a rainforest so naturally geckos and small bugs are to be expected. We do our best to keep nature outside but occasionally it finds its way in. There’s a water feature that flows under the hallway and out to the pool and an arboretum on both sides of the hallway creating a lush feel of the forest right in the home. Each bedroom has an ac, its own personal bathroom and walk-in closet. There’s plenty of personal space and privacy with ample communal space to create beautiful lasting memories with family and friends. Guest access The entire home, large front and back yard, and the pool is exclusively for the renters' use. Renters may have access to laundry room with additional fee $50. Other things to note This home is strategically located between bustling Jaco, which has many restaurants and activities just 25 minutes to the north, and Manuel Antonio National Park, just 40 min south. There are great local restaurants, activities, beaches, and tours within 30 minutes of the property. This peaceful and serene home in the jungle offers ample wildlife out your back door.
