The guest apartment is located on the lower level of the main house on a beautiful, quaint hillside street. The 600 sq. ft. apartment is remodeled to provide a relaxed, beach getaway ambiance so you could enjoy a care free getaway. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy a beautiful oceanside morning walk to get your coffee at the local bakery or the local coffee shop. After you’ve grabbed your coffee, explore all that highlands has to offer. The space This is a beautiful and quaint apartment to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Enjoy the sun and lounge by the pool or walk ten minutes to inlet beaches close by. Guests have complete privacy in the entire apartment with a full kitchen, living room, king bedroom, full bathroom, and full size laundry. The pool and outdoor living space is shared with the owners, however, they rarely use! Guest access The exterior stair case is to the right side of the entrance when facing the home. There are 13 steps down to apartment level. Staircase is well lit, rubber treaded and has a safety rail. Use the right side entrance stairway when facing the home.
