Olive Tree Suites: A Tuscany haven! This villa, adorned with wooden beam ceilings, offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for up to 12 guests. Set atop Montalbano hills near Vinci, it's cocooned in an ancient olive grove, affording unparalleled 360° Tuscan vistas. Outdoors, a captivating swimming pool beckons, inviting you to bask in the Tuscan sun. This oasis promises relaxation and enjoyment, where you can take refreshing dips and unwind by the poolside. Your dream Tuscan getaway awaits! The space POOL The villa has a beautiful pool with an impressive hilltop view. By the pool there's a shower and multiple sunbeds to relax, along with an outside dining area that offers a kitchen and a wood oven and ample table space to dine. BEDROOMS AND ADDITIONAL BEDS The property consists of 2 attached apartments. Overall there's 5 large double bedrooms, with 4 double beds, 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. 3 of the 5 rooms have ensuite bathrooms, whilst the other 2 share a connected bathroom. All bathrooms are well equiped with showers and towels. 4 of the 5 rooms have a TV set. 2 cribs can be provided upon request. A/C Air conditioning is available in most rooms. If a room doesn't have air conditioning it will have a fan KITCHEN & DINING There's 3 fully equiped kitchens available at the property, 1 in each apartment and 1 near the pool. Stone ovens, classic ovens, microwaves, freezers, fridges, coffe brewers, kettles, toasters etc... A private chef is available upon booking which can cook dishes typical of the area. If you want to dine out there's plenty of restaurants a few minutes' drive away. A washing machine is available within the arched building between the 2 apartments. SPA A sauna is available, as well as a workout room. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the whole property. However I live in a 3rd building next to the 2 apartments.
